The apartment is located around 400 m from the beach of Armação de Pêra, in a closed and secure residence, including an outdoor swimming pool and private parking.
The apartment is composed of:
- an entrance hall,
- a living room including a sofa bed, a TV, a large table and its chairs, a sound tower (radio, Bluetooth, USB), two stools, a garden table and its two matching chairs, a sideboard containing board games, magazines and leaflets,
- two bedrooms,
- a large bedroom for children of 20 m², with private access to a bathroom with toilet and shower
- a master bedroom of 15 m², with a dressing room, with a second adjoining bathroom, with toilet and bathtub.
- a fully equipped kitchen including:
- a four-burner gas hob,
- an extractor hood,
- an electric oven,
- a microwave,
- a refrigerator, including a class 4 freezer,
- a washing machine,
- a terrace with a direct view of the swimming pool
- a household kit (a vacuum cleaner, an iron and its ironing board, a dryer and its tweezers), usable by both women and men ;-).
In addition, the city offers good 4G/5G coverage, especially around the apartment, in the city center, along the coast and on the beach.
The southwest orientation of the apartment offers plenty of light all day long.
The apartment is non-smoking (smoking is possible on the terrace. Cigarette butts are not thrown onto the terrace of the residence.)
Pets are allowed, 2 maximum, with an additional fee of €20 per stay.
