Modern, bright and spacious apartment in Armação de Pêra

We offer for seasonal rental our modern, bright and spacious apartment, located in Armação de Pêra, Algarve, Portugal.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which has a large double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bedroom with single beds (90 x 200 cm). Each room has a bathroom or shower room. 

Offering a view of the swimming pool, this apartment is composed of an entrance hall, a living room (flat screen TV), a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (a refrigerator including a 4* freezer compartment, an oven, a gas hob, a hood, a coffee maker and an espresso machine, a microwave, a washing machine, an electric juicer), two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower).

The apartment is fully covered with internet access via a Wifi connection and high quality fibre internet access.

On site, a binder is available for guests and filled in by the hosts. In this binder, you will find local tips (restaurants, bars, services, etc.).

Armacao de Pera Beach is less than 1 km away (5-10 min walk).
Shops are nearby: Pingo Doce at 400m, Aldi at 500m, the pedestrian area at 400m.
The nearest airport is Faro Airport, 50 km from the accommodation.

Bed linen and bath linen are available in the apartment.

The end-of-stay cleaning is 100€ and does not include the cleaning of the dishes, fridge, oven, hood and hob.

All garbage must be emptied before you leave.

Regarding the terms of payment :
- Payment for the stay via the booking module is recommended. Payment by bank transfer is possible. Otherwise, a SumUp remote payment (the following bank cards are accepted : CB, Visa, MasterCard and American Express) is also possible.

The payment methods are: 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% 30 days before the day of arrival of the booking.
A security deposit is required and is returned at the end of the stay under the following conditions: 
- €150 for one or two occupants,
- €200 for three or four occupants and
- €300 for five occupants.
The deposit must be received no later than 7 days before the start of the stay, either by bank transfer or by French cheque, to be sent by post, uncashed.   In this case, the deposit will be returned within a maximum of 7 days.

Bed linen and bath linen are available in the apartment.
The end-of-stay cleaning is 100€ and does not include the dishes, the fridge, the oven, the hood and the hob. All garbage cans must be emptied.

The cancellation conditions are :
- Free cancellation for the first 24 hours of the booking
- Refund of 75% of the holiday price between the date of booking, after the "free of charge" period, and up to 90 days before the start date of the stay
- 50% refund of the holiday price, between 90 days and 30 days before the start date of the stay
- No refunds for bookings cancelled within 30 days of the start of the stay.

The calculation of the refund request period is determined by the timestamp of the cancellation request and the start date of the stay at midnight (00:00:01s) in the apartment's time zone (UTC).
